It requires patience, but with continuous use of gel polish, your nails will slowly come back.
No, you do not have to. Your nails consist of dead stratum corneum and do not breathe, so there is no need to take breaks between removing and applying Nailster gel polish.
That's because we all have an oily layer on top of our nails, and gel polish doesn't stick to an oily layer. You don't really have to file the nails, but just gently with a buffer to remove the top fat layer, so the gel polish adheres much better.
