Storage and sunlight

No gel polish benefits from sunlight.

If gel polish is exposed to sunlight, it can lead to changes in the color of the polish. In addition, you may run the risk that your gel polish hardens in a few seconds if it is exposed to sunlight or is near your UV lamp.

Temperature

If your products are exposed to changing temperatures, you will find that your products can begin a hardening process. We therefore recommend that you store your products at room temperature out of sunlight. To ensure full protection of your products, we recommend our Nailsters Nail Bag, which protects against changing temperatures and sunlight.

ARE YOU IN DOUBT?

How do I get started with Nailster?

If you've never worked with gel polish before, or you're perhaps just unsure how to approach our Nailster gel polish, you might want to read our application guide. It guides you step by step through the individual processes so that you achieve a beautiful and durable result.

How do I remove my Nailster gel polish?

You wrap your nails in cotton wool (or cotton pads) soaked with nail polish remover and then apply our nail clip, which seals the nails and ensures optimal conditions for the nail polish remover. After 10 minutes, you can check one nail and see how dissolved the varnish is. If it is still stuck in certain places, leave the gaskets on for an additional 5 minutes.

Can I use Nailster on my acrylic nails/gel nails?

Yes of course. When you have filed the surface smooth, you apply a layer of Nailster Base Coat, then your gel polish color and finally a layer of Nailster Top Coat. BUT if it is about glued nails, we do not recommend using Nailster, as the actual removal procedure requires you to be able to dissolve the gel polish and you cannot do that without the glued nail coming loose from your own natural nail. But what is the difference? Acrylic is a very hard powder product that is built up with liquid – this type of product must therefore not harden in any lamp. Gelénegle is, as the name suggests, a jelly mass which must be cured in the UV lamp. Gel polish is a form of reinforced nail polish, which must also be cured in a UV lamp. Gel polish typically has a glossy finish and is much more durable than regular nail polish.

Can I use Nailster gel polish even if I bite my nails?

Yes! Gel polish is a good tool to make your natural nails extra strong, resistant and, not least, long. It also helps to give your nails the peace they need to grow, and reminds you not to bite when your fingers find their way to your mouth. It requires patience, but with continuous use of gel polish, your nails will slowly come back.
